For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” shall mean individually identifiable information from or about an individual. We collect personal information when you register for an account on the Site and/or when you complete or submit forms and offers made available through the Site. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Third-Party Form Submissions. We reserve the right to release personal information: (i) in the event that we believe that the Site Offerings are being or have been used in violation of the Agreement or to commit unlawful acts; (ii) if the information is subpoenaed, provided that where permitted by applicable law we shall provide you with notice and opportunity to challenge the subpoena prior to disclosure; (iii) if we are sold, merged, or acquired; or (iv) if we are the subject of bankruptcy proceedings.
Social Media Websites. If you engage in any interaction with Company or any third party on any Social Media Pages, you should be aware that the personal data you submit can be read, collected, and/or used by other users of those platforms depending on your privacy settings. We are not responsible for the personal data you choose to submit on any Social Media Pages.
IP Addresses / Browser Type. We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit the Site, including the type of browser you use, your IP address, the type of operating system you use, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. We use this information to improve the design and content of the Site and to analyze Site usage.
Cookies. When a User visits the Site, we may send one or more cookies and/or gif files (collectively, “Cookies”) to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to the applicable User’s browser or device. We use Cookies to improve the quality of the Site Offerings, including for storing User preferences, improving ad selection, and tracking Site usage trends. Most Internet browsers are initially set up to accept Cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all Cookies. Please note that disabling Cookies may impair certain functions of the Site. We reserve the right to retain Cookie data indefinitely.
Behavioral Tracking. Company and its third-party partners may use Cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies in connection with the Site for purposes of tracking Users’ activities (such as pages viewed and advertisements selected) after they leave the Site, in order to serve targeted advertisements. Cross Device Tracking. Company may track Users’ use of the Site Offerings across various devices, including personal computers and mobile devices, in order to optimize and personalize the Users’ Site Offerings experience.
We use Google Analytics® and Google Ads® on the Site. Google may collect information including: (a) city and country of the User; (b) device type; (c) browser type; (d) referring website, search engine or social media platform; (e) Site pages visited; (f) time spent on each page; (g) actions taken on the Site; and (h) exit pages (collectively, “Google Data”). We may combine Google Data with your personal information, and we and/or Google may use Google Data to serve you targeted ads after you leave the Site. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We use the Meta Pixel® on the Site. Meta may collect information including: (a) traffic data from users who visit the Site; (b) demographic information of users who visit the Site; (c) actions taken on the Site; (d) attribution for purposes of Meta ad conversion; and (e) click-through rates from the Site (collectively, “Meta Data”). We may combine Meta Data with your personal information, and we and/or Meta may use Meta Data to serve you targeted ads after you leave the Site. We may use the HasOffers® tool made available by Tune, Inc. (“Tune”) on the Site. Tune may collect information including: (a) device type; (b) browser type; (c) navigation path through the Site; (d) actions taken on the Site; and (e) exit pages (collectively, “HasOffers Data”). We may combine HasOffers Data with your personal information for analytics and performance measurement. Users can opt out of HasOffers-related tracking at tune.com/resources/data-and-privacy/privacy-policies.
Users may be able to disable some tracking activity by utilizing the “Do Not Track” setting within most major Internet browsers, or by using opt-out options made available by the Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance. To the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, we are not responsible for the tracking practices of third parties in connection with the Site.
Third-Party Websites. The Site contains links to third-party owned and/or operated websites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites. These third-party websites have separate privacy and data collection practices, and Company has no responsibility or liability relating to them.
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Your password is stored using industry-standard hashing and encryption and is never stored in plain text. When you transmit sensitive information to us, that information is encrypted and protected with TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Access to your personal information is strictly limited to employees and agents who need it to perform their job functions. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Please be advised, however, that no storage facility, technology, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Any transmission of data at or through the Site is at your own risk. In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we shall notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that we learn of an information security breach with respect to your personal information.
Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information at the Site. Company does not knowingly solicit or collect information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age. Please note that we may continue to contact you for transactional purposes related to your account (such as password resets), even after you opt-out of promotional communications.
Please be advised that opting out of communications from us does not opt you out of communications from Third-Party Service Providers to whom you have submitted a form or offer. You must contact those third parties directly to opt out of their communications.
At your request, we will: (a) inform you of what personal information we have on file for you; (b) amend the personal information that we have on file for you; and/or (c) delete personal information that you have provided to us. You may do so by e-mailing us at: [email protected].
We ask that Users identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected, or removed before processing such requests. Please be advised that deleting your personal information may terminate your access to certain Site Offerings. Please also note that after deletion, residual copies may remain on backup systems for a limited period before being fully removed.
Please be further advised that we are unable to delete personal information that has already been transmitted to a Third-Party Service Provider pursuant to your form or offer submission. You must contact those third parties directly to request deletion of your information from their systems.
Transfer of Personal Information Internationally. If you are visiting the Site from a country other than the country in which our servers are located, your communications with us may result in the transfer of information across international boundaries. By visiting the Site and/or otherwise communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers. We will treat your information as subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy regardless of where our servers are located.
Company reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice on the Site that we are changing our Privacy Policy. These Privacy Provisions for Covered Users (“Provisions”) supplement, and do not limit in any way, the Privacy Policy set forth above. These Provisions apply solely to Covered Users as defined above. We adopt these Provisions in compliance with the CCPA, CPRA, CPA, CTDPA, DPDPA, and other applicable state privacy laws (collectively, “Applicable State Laws”). We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, or as long as necessary to provide you with the Site Offerings, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Covered Users may permit an authorized agent to exercise any rights granted under Applicable State Laws. You must provide that agent with written permission to act on your behalf, and we may require proof of that permission. We reserve the right to amend these Privacy Provisions in our discretion and at any time. When we make changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Site.
